Nicholas Morgan is an accomplished Associate Partner at ERM since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Global Delivery for Renewables Transaction Advisory and driving business development and project delivery. With extensive experience in the renewables sector, Nicholas has held progressive roles at The Renewables Consulting Group from January 2018, including Associate Partner and Director. Prior to this, Nicholas led the Wind Team at Mott MacDonald, contributing to various onshore and offshore wind projects as a qualified renewable energy engineer and project manager from 2010 to January 2018. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Setting Out Engineer at Kelburne Construction Ltd. Nicholas holds an MSc in Offshore Renewable Energy from the University of Strathclyde and a BEng Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
