Nicola Lower is a seasoned professional in environmental consulting and fisheries biology with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since February 2018, Nicola previously held positions as Principal Biologist at Palmer Environmental Consulting Group and Manager of the Guelph Office and Natural Sciences Team Lead at AECOM. With a robust background in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing projects related to environmental assessments and aquatic ecology, Nicola has also contributed as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Guelph, focusing on sea lamprey ecology, and as a Fisheries Biologist at the Centre for the Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (CEFAS).
