Olaf Schatteman

Olaf Schatteman is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Lead Product & Supply Chain Sustainability Services at ERM since December 2023. With a robust background in performance improvement and operational transformation, Olaf held significant roles at Bain & Company, including Partner and ANZ Performance Improvement Practice Lead from January 2020 to September 2023. Prior to that, Olaf was a Managing Director at Accenture, where responsibilities included leading operational transformation programs across the Asia Pacific and Africa regions. Olaf's experience also encompasses key leadership positions at Portland Group, Accenture, and the European Performance Institute, all contributing to a comprehensive skill set in supply chain management and business consulting.
