Oliver Phipps is a Partner at ERM, where they have served since 2005 as both Partner and Global Account Director. Prior to this role, Oliver worked as a Project Manager and Director at URS Corporation from 1998 to 2005 and as a Hydrogeologist at Halcrow from 1993 to 1998, contributing expertise in water resources and groundwater modeling. Oliver earned an MSc in Hydrogeology from Birmingham University and holds a BA(Oxon) and a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford.
