Phil Fieldhouse

Phil Fieldhouse is a seasoned sustainability consultant and managing consultant currently at ERM since July 2024. With extensive experience in climate resilience and nature-based infrastructure, Phil serves as a member and advisor at Global Ocean Trust, focusing on integrating sustainability efforts in the UK and contributing to UN COP26 initiatives. Prior roles include senior sustainability consultant at EVORA Global, where strategies for climate resilience in asset investments were developed, and independent sustainability consultant at Fieldhouse Sustainability, aiding businesses in sustainable growth planning. Earlier experience includes environmental consulting at Arup, where project delivery and strategic environmental assessments were coordinated. Phil holds an MSc in Marine Environmental Management from the University of York and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
