Pooja Bardhan

Pooja Bardhan is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Services at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since December 2021. Prior to this role, Pooja held the position of Assistant Manager in Learning and Development at Sasken Technologies Limited for a brief period in late 2021, and worked at Juniper Networks from June 2015 to March 2021 as a Training Specialist, where responsibilities included facilitating training programs for over 2000 employees and coordinating global training efforts. Pooja's career began as a Human Resources Generalist at General Electric in Bangalore, where involvement included managing technical training programs across Asia. Pooja holds an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SRM IST Chennai.
