Rachael Brimstone

Rachael Brimstone currently serves as the Global DE&I Manager at ERM, where Rachael plays a critical role in shaping the company's global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by collaborating with leadership to address complex inclusion challenges. Prior to ERM, Rachael was the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at the UK Civil Service, leading the development of evidence-based strategies and measurable outcomes to enhance inclusion across the organization. Rachael's earlier experience includes roles at RSPCA as a Marketing Account Manager and at Bate Brand in Sales and Marketing, where Rachael honed skills in client management, marketing campaigns, and social media. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Portsmouth.
