Raimond Dasalla is the Regional Programme Manager, Asia at the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), where they lead initiatives to advance wind energy policy across the Asia-Pacific region. With over five years of experience in policy advocacy, market development, and stakeholder engagement, they have worked with governments, developers, and multilateral institutions to promote wind deployment and enhance regulatory conditions for an equitable energy transition. Prior to GWEC, they were a consultant at ERM, focusing on renewables markets and feasibility, and have also contributed to political economy analysis and high-level policy research in various roles. Raimond holds a Master of Science in Politics of Asia from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from De La Salle University.
