Rich Henson

Rich Henson is a Managing Technical Consultant at ERM, bringing 13 years of extensive experience in site investigation and characterization. They began their career as an entry-level geologist and progressed to managing large-scale investigation and remediation projects. Rich is currently focused on the development of their site characterization toolbox and is passionate about leveraging high-resolution site characterization tools to enhance conceptual site models. They also contributed to the formation of technical communities within the Atlantic Central Business Unit, preparing updates on industry trends and collaborating with peers. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
