Rochelle Maitripala

Rochelle Maitripala is an environmental industry leader with over 20 years of diverse experience in leadership, regulatory management, and safety. Currently a Partner at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, Rochelle advises organizations across Energy, Mining, and Manufacturing sectors on sustainability and compliance efforts. Previously, Rochelle held key roles at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Shell, where they spearheaded safety culture transformations and developed strategic environmental management systems. Rochelle earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Royal Roads University, as well as additional qualifications from Harvard University and the University of Lethbridge.
