Sam Thomas

Sam Thomas is an experienced professional in business process management and development with a robust background in program management and change initiatives. Currently serving as the Business Process Programme Manager and IT PMO Lead at ERM since April 2022, Sam's previous role as Change Manager at Derby City Council involved significant projects such as redesigning the PMO and training over 300 colleagues on new methodologies. Earlier positions include Business Development Manager and Business Development Officer for RAM Energy, leading efforts to provide competitive energy rates in the Midlands. Sam has also excelled in sales and customer service roles, including Cloud Solutions Sales Consultant at ACS Office Solutions and team leadership at Montana Marketing LTD.
