Sandra Orihuela is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director for Latin America at Environmental Resources Management (ERM) since April 2018, Sandra leads recruitment efforts for the region. Prior experience includes roles as Resourcing Manager at Provident Financial s.r.o., Executive Search & Engagement Manager at Eligere Research, and Recruitment Manager for Latin America at INC Research. With foundational roles in recruitment at GlaxoSmithKline, Nextel de México, Pegaso PCS, and American Express, Sandra has developed robust skills in talent attraction and management. Sandra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
