Sarah Peerless

Sarah Peerless, MEM, PMP, is a Principal Consultant in Social Performance and Regulatory at ERM, specializing in regulatory and Indigenous engagement. With 14 years of experience in mining, transportation, energy, and mid-stream oil and gas projects, they possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory processes, environmental mitigation, and Indigenous concerns. Previously, Sarah held roles at various organizations, including Stantec and NovaGold Resources, where they managed environmental assessments and fostered collaboration with Indigenous Nations. They obtained a Master of Arts in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University and hold multiple relevant certifications in project management.
