Shannon Wright

Shannon Wright is a Managing Consultant and Archaeologist at ERM since June 2023, with prior experience as a Project Archaeologist and Archaeologist at Circle CRM Group from April 2018 to June 2023. Earlier positions include Archaeologist at Taiga Heritage Consulting, where work focused on forestry projects in Northern Alberta, and at Turtle Island CRM, involved in cataloguing artifacts for Parks Canada excavations. Shannon also worked as an Archaeologist for CH2M HILL, conducting fieldwork across several provinces and contributing to environmental assessment report writing. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Archaeology from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from The University of British Columbia. Additional early career experience includes roles in customer service as a Barista and a Waitress at various establishments.
