Shruti Karmore

Shruti Karmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ESG research and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior ESG Research Lead at ERM since March 2022, Shruti previously held various roles at Morningstar from August 2016 to March 2022, culminating in the position of Team Lead for the EU Taxonomy Team at Sustainalytics. Earlier positions included Associate Team Lead and Senior Research Associate with PitchBook, focusing on private equity research and investment histories of private companies. Shruti began their career at WNS Global Services as a Senior Associate, ensuring quality checks for research data, and has solid experience as a Junior Trainee Researcher analyzing global M&A transactions.
