Sierra Grguric

Sierra Grguric is a Data Manager at ERM, where they focus on creating a sustainable future through digital transformation. With over eight years of client service experience and four years in leadership roles, Sierra has developed skills in client and employee engagement, soil and water sampling, data analysis, and promoting safety culture. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Consultant at ERM and a Project Manager at Environmental Service Laboratories, Inc. Sierra pursued studies in Geological and Earth Sciences at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completing 72 credits.
