Stefania Valera

Stefania Valera is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG advisory, currently serving as a Principal Consultant for M&A ESG Advisory at ERM since January 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at PwC Italy, where Stefania progressed from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager in ESG from September 2017 to November 2023, and previously at Deloitte, where the focus was on sustainability and climate change from January 2015 to August 2017. Prior to consulting, Stefania gained experience in economic affairs with the United Nations ESCAP and contributed to market and territorial development at the Milan Chamber of Commerce during Expo 2015. Stefania also worked with GIZ GmbH on sustainable economic development projects. Academic credentials include a Master’s in International Development from The University of Edinburgh and dual Bachelor degrees in European Studies and International Sciences from Maastricht University and Università degli Studi di Milano, respectively.
