Suzanne John

Suzanne John has over a decade of experience in various positions related to project management, training, and market research. Currently serving as a Global Advisor and Project Manager at ERM since July 2021, Suzanne previously held roles at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2013 to February 2021, including Training Program Manager and Senior Business Analyst with a focus on the French FMCG Food & Beverage industry. Prior experience includes an internship at Norbert Dentressangle France, where Suzanne contributed to ISO 22000 certification efforts, and an internship at Galactic in New Product Development, involving preparation trials and sensory analysis for food preservatives. Suzanne holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Food Manufacturing Management from ISA Lille and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Zoology from Christ University, Bangalore.
