Taylor Dillon

Taylor Dillon is a Project Manager and Principal Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, specializing in Environmental, Health and Safety projects for mining and technology sector clients since July 2019. With extensive experience at Barrick Gold Corporation from January 2014 to July 2019, Taylor led various initiatives, including the replacement of the global Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) data management system and the management of environmental permits and compliance audits at multiple sites. Taylor's earlier contributions included development of training programs and compliance assessments. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, a Master's degree in Project Engineering Management from Montana Technological University, and an Associate of Science in General Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
