Tejas Kulkarni is a dedicated consultant in water resources management and climate adaptation, currently working at ERM and co-leading Kiran Consultants. With extensive experience as a research associate at the University of Kassel, Tejas has utilized GIS tools and hydrological modeling techniques to address environmental challenges. Tejas holds a PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the University of Kassel, in addition to multiple master's degrees focused on sustainable development and hydrology. Outside of their professional pursuits, Tejas enjoys whitewater kayaking as a certified class 3 river guide.
