Teo Blidaru

Teo Blidaru currently serves as the Head of CX at ESG Fusion, a position held since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading client-facing report enhancements and coordinating the client portal launch. Prior to this role, Teo managed product strategy and development at Sustainalytics from 2011 to 2021, overseeing product roadmaps and stakeholder communication. Earlier experience includes roles in university debate coordination, legal support, and client service analysis across various organizations, as well as contributions to research on human rights and drug policy. Teo holds an LLM in European and International Law from the University of Amsterdam, a dual B.A. in International Relations and European Studies from Babes-Bolyai University, and a minor in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from Utrecht University.
