Thomas Achhorner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital products and data analytics, currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Products and Data Analytics at ERM since October 2022. Previously, Thomas held the position of Chief Information Officer at Volt Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing a bank-wide program to enhance customer journeys through innovative solutions. As Managing Director Asia Pacific at additiv, Thomas successfully transformed the business, significantly expanding its workforce and establishing a strong market presence. Thomas also co-founded Diviac AG, contributing to its growth and eventual acquisition by PADI Travel, and held various senior roles at PwC Australia and The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on digital transformation and technology advisory. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from ETH Zürich.
