Dr. Tim Barber is a Technical Director at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, bringing over 25 years of expertise in environmental chemistry and toxicology. Tim has conducted detailed risk assessments and evaluated the effects of various chemicals in both freshwater and marine environments. With a strong background in developing area contingency plans, emergency response, and remediation activities, Tim has successfully negotiated agreements with state and federal regulators. Prior to joining ERM in 2015, Tim held positions as Principal at ENVIRON International Corp. and as a Senior Environmental Scientist at McLaren Hart - ChemRisk. Tim earned a PhD in Marine Science from the University of South Florida-St. Petersburg Campus and holds a BSc in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
