Tim Fleming is a retired ESG Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change Executive with a strong passion for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that yield tangible benefits for businesses, society, and the environment. Between 2013 and 2022, Tim served as Director of Global Enterprise Sustainability at AT&T, where they led initiatives to help enterprise customers achieve their ESG commitments and advanced the company’s sustainability performance across multiple dimensions. Currently, as a Partner at ERM (Environmental Resources Management), Tim continues to deliver shared value in corporate sustainability and climate action. Tim holds an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
