Tom Houghton

Tom Houghton is currently a Consulting Partner at ERM, leveraging a deep understanding of renewable energy markets and extensive experience in advising technology-driven businesses on fundraising and value realization. They previously served as a Consulting Director at ERM and Principal Consultant at E4tech, focusing on hydrogen, fuel cells, and low carbon vehicles. Tom held the position of Director for the MBA (Energy) program at Curtin University, guiding research and teaching in energy economics, and has also been a Research Fellow at the University of Strathclyde. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Hydrogen Energy Economics, Tom's career spans roles in corporate finance, strategy, and project management within the renewables sector.
