Tracey Balding

Tracey Balding is an MCIPD qualified HR Director with over twenty-five years of generalist HR experience. Currently, Tracey serves as the HR Operations Director for EMEA at a global professional services firm, where they lead HR operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Tracey held various roles, including HR Director for Northern Europe at ERM and Personnel Manager at Bank Restaurant Group Plc. Tracey has a proven track record in developing people strategies, implementing HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement. Tracey is pursuing a BA in Business Administration while continuing to contribute to business goals through proactive HR leadership.
