Tracy Hughes

Tracy Hughes serves as the North America HR Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions at ERM, having been with the company since July 2011. In this role, Tracy provides strategic advisory and management of HR programs for over 300 employees across six states, ensuring alignment with business unit goals. Previous experience includes a range of senior HR positions at Unisys Corporation from 1996 to 2011, where responsibilities spanned managing client engagements, performance management, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
