Tram Le is currently the Country Lead Partner at ERM Vietnam, where they bring over fifteen years of experience in environmental and social impact assessment, compensation planning, and environmental management systems. Tram has worked on various projects funded by multilateral and bilateral agencies, focusing on economic, social, and environmental impacts across sectors such as oil and gas, renewable energy, and manufacturing. Prior to their role at ERM, Tram served as an Environment and Resettlement Specialist for the Southern Coastal Corridor Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank, AusAID, and EDCF. Tram holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from the University of Natural Sciences of Ho Chi Minh City and a Master's in Environmental Management from the University of Technology of Ho Chi Minh City.
