Victoria Griffiths

Victoria Griffiths is a Technical Director at ERM, where they focus on environmental and social performance in the mining, hydropower, and oil and gas sectors. With over ten years of experience, they have worked as a consultant and academic, specializing in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, stakeholder engagement, and biodiversity offsetting. Victoria completed their DPhil at the University of Oxford and holds an M.Sc in Biology with Distinction. Their extensive fieldwork spans several African countries, and they have numerous publications in leading academic journals.
