Vikalp G. is a Principal Consultant at ERM, specializing in Technical Safety, Functional Safety, and Risk Management. With 14 years of international experience, Vikalp has led safety studies and risk assessments across various high-hazard sectors, including energy transition projects and oil and gas. They have previously worked as a Senior Risk, Safety and Reliability Consultant at Monaco Engineering Solutions and as Head of Risk and Safety at Belcan. Vikalp holds a B.Eng in Electronics, Instrumentation and Control from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and an MSc in Process Safety and Loss Prevention with Distinction from The University of Sheffield.
