Ying Chang

Ying Chang is a Managing Consultant at ERM, responsible for delivering ESG and decarbonisation projects since 2022. Previously, Ying held roles as an ESG Senior Consultant at EY Ernst & Young and an EHS Project Manager at Amazon, where they led various environmental and safety initiatives. Ying has a solid educational background, including a Master of Science in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College Business School and a Master's in Environmental Engineering from Dalian University of Technology. Throughout their career, Ying has demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills, adapting quickly to new environments while maintaining a focus on sustainability and innovation.
