Zeynep Buyan

Zeynep Buyan is a Senior Social Consultant with 18 years of experience in Social Risk Management, Evaluation, and Monitoring processes across Türkiye and internationally. Presently at ERM, Zeynep oversees social risk assessment processes for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with international standards like the World Bank and IFC. Previously, Zeynep worked as a Senior Social Consultant for Assystem, focusing on socio-economic analysis and social impact processes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Zeynep has also held positions with notable organizations including Sicim, AECOM, and has been a Partner & Social Advisor at Madel Consultancy. Zeynep holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Ankara University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, alongside a musical education from Hacettepe University.
