John Hammerle

John Hammerle is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at ERMCO-ECI, where they lead corporate governance, litigation, and compliance efforts. With over fifteen years of legal experience, including roles as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at True Value Company and Partner at Freeborn & Peters LLP, Hammerle specializes in complex business litigation and crisis management. They received a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from DePaul University College of Law and a BS with High Honors from Butler University. Hammerle has also held various positions in editorial and sales roles early in their career.
