Jon Kudelka

Jon Kudelka is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in infrastructure operations, end user services, and information security. From July 2021 to February 2024, Jon served as the Infrastructure Operations Manager at IAA, overseeing operations and team management. At Wilton Brands LLC from December 2008 to May 2021, Jon held the position of Sr. Manager, End User Services and Information Security, where responsibilities included managing direct reports and third-party provider relationships while ensuring effective service delivery and help desk support. Earlier roles include Support Engineer at Vizioncore and System Administrator at EDS and AGCO, where Jon provided customer and operational support in various environments.
