Michael Lyvers is an accomplished attorney currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel at ERMCO-ECI. With experience as Senior Commercial Counsel at Avison Young and Corporate Counsel at Rimini Street and JLL, they have developed expertise in commercial transactions and litigation. Michael began their career with notable internships in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, and has held various law clerk positions, including at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and TransUnion. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
