Russ Shepard

Russ Shepard has extensive experience in IT leadership, demonstrating expertise in enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmapping across multiple organizations. As Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Operations at ERMCO-ECI from June 2016 to March 2025, Russ led significant IT initiatives, supported by over 64 specialized skills. Prior to this role, Russ served as IT Director at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center, contributing to enterprise IT strategy and holding over 57 skills from February 2007 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Russ worked as a System Engineer at Baptist Memorial Health Care, focusing on technology roadmapping and systems thinking while acquiring over 41 skills from February 2001 to March 2007. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on communication and creative problem-solving at the University of Memphis, Russ also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University.
