Aeneas Bernardi

Aeneas Bernardi is a skilled software developer currently employed at EROAD since February 2024. Previously, Aeneas worked as a software engineer at Zühlke Group from October 2019 to July 2023, focusing on re-engineering a real-time data platform for a large hospital and setting up a secured Kafka cluster for a manufacturer of fire alarm and intrusion systems. Aeneas also gained experience as a research assistant at The University of British Columbia, developing software and hardware for automated optogenetic stimulation. Additionally, Aeneas completed a master's thesis at ETH Zurich, engineering networks of rat embryonic neurons using advanced techniques. Aeneas holds an MSc in Neural Systems & Computation from ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich and a BSc in Biotechnology from ETH Zürich.
