Amelia Tilby (née Diggle) has extensive experience in customer success, design, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success ANZ at EROAD since March 2025, Amelia's previous roles include Digital Project Manager at Precedent, UX Designer at Wynyard Group, and Design Lead at Ambit. Amelia’s expertise also encompasses service design and customer experience, highlighted by a leadership role at Verizon Connect, where the formation and growth of a global design team occurred. Additionally, Amelia founded Human Interface Jewellery, focusing on environmentally and socially responsible design. Educational qualifications include a BDes in Industrial Design from Victoria University of Wellington and completion of the Grow Wellington Activate Course.
