Andy Petrie has over 20 years of experience in customer support and sales, currently serving as the Team Lead for the Customer Support Helpdesk at EROAD since March 2012. In this role, Andy manages the Technical Support Team and oversees fault diagnosis and training for EROAD products. Prior to joining EROAD, Andy worked at Gooder Equipment for nearly nine years, initially as a Sales Representative, where responsibilities included selling commercial laundry equipment and assisting with laundry design and setup, and later as Warehouse Manager, managing product logistics and technician assignments.
