Clive Beretta has extensive experience in customer care and service management, beginning with the role of Customer Care Agent at EROAD since July 2015, where Clive serves as the first line contact for technical incident resolutions. Prior to this, Clive worked at Gen-i from March 2005 to November 2014 in various positions, including Service Readiness Manager, Transition Specialist, Business Change Specialist, and Customer Incident Manager, focusing on operational engagement, product implementation, and managing escalations. Clive's career also includes a tenure at Telecom New Zealand from June 1994 to March 2005, progressing through roles such as Team Manager, Restoration Specialist, Corporate Trouble Management Representative, and Work Management representative. Clive holds a National Diploma in Light Current, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technicon Witwatersrand and completed Matric at Boksburg High School.
