Jill Walker

Jill Walker PhD serves as the Operations Training and Standards Manager at Auckland Airport since May 2024 and as a Learning Partner at EROAD since August 2021. Previously, Jill held positions including Training Manager at MercyAscot Private Hospitals and Goodman Fielder, where responsibilities included overseeing training for a Network Transformation Supply Chain Project. Additional roles include SAP Capability Uplift Instructional Designer at Auckland Council and Training Lead for Goodman Fielder's Network Transformation Project. Other notable experiences include contracts as an eLearning Consultant and Training Contractor at Foodstuffs North Island Limited and Sysdoc, respectively. Jill also worked as a Training Specialist at Auckland University of Technology, focusing on Health Safety & Wellbeing compliance. Jill holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Hypnotherapy from American Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Auckland.
