Liwaa Alnashi

Liwaa Alnashi is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software and firmware development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software/Firmware Engineer at EROAD since January 2022, Liwaa leads the ELD product line and applications, focusing on embedded and application code development in C++. Previous roles include Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Cubic Defence New Zealand Ltd, Senior Software Engineer at BEP Marine, and Embedded Software Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Appliances. Liwaa began a career as a Principal Lecturer at Media Design School, contributing to software development tools and PS Vita development, followed by significant engineering positions at Aviat Networks, TGR Helicorp, Marque Magnetics, and Prolificx & Endace Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Avionics Software and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Auckland University of Technology.
