Mary Richards is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the People & Capability Manager (Operations) at EROAD since August 2022, Mary has held various significant roles including People & Leadership Business Partner at Belron NZ and People & Culture Manager at Harbour Hospice. With over a decade of experience in leadership and HR functions at organizations such as The Warehouse Group, The Selwyn Foundation, Bendon, and Wrexham County Borough Council, Mary's expertise encompasses change management, employee experience, and strategic people initiatives. Mary holds a degree from Wrexham University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
