Sam Gillgren

Sam Gillgren is a strategic partnerships and acquisitions manager at EROAD, leading significant M&A activities including the $180m acquisition of Coretex, recognized as a finalist for the INFINZ mid-market transaction of the year. Prior experience includes serving as an associate director at PwC New Zealand, focusing on financial due diligence for M&A transactions across various sectors, and holding positions in external audit. Sam's early career in the NZ Army saw the achievement of the rank of Corporal, with deployment experience in Afghanistan and East Timor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting from Massey University and a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
