Steve Liu possesses extensive experience in management and operations across various technology and customer success roles. Currently serving as the Enterprise Accounts lead for North America at EROAD since June 2025, Steve previously held the position of General Manager North America at Hawk from March 2022 to May 2025. Earlier in his career, Steve worked at Feedzai, where responsibilities included serving as Head of APAC and Senior Vice President of Customer Success from May 2015 to March 2022. Other roles include Project Manager at Ayasdi, VP of Operations at CoreOne Technologies, Director of Operations at Netik LLC, and Manager at Capco. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
