Solutions for self maintenance and tribodiagnostics

eRobot is a startup dealing with solutions in the field of increas the life time of robots and industrial machines witch use compact gearboxes.

An increasing number of companies consider sustainability and enviromental responsibility equally as important as their products.

Robots are experiencing massive population growth. In the next 10 years, the robot population will undergo a fivefold increase. Their biggest weakness is the gradual degradation of lubricant´s in the transmission modules which allow free movement of their moving parts.

Until now, oil changes occured periodically, but the oil ended up as enviromental waste. Thanks to the groundbreaking eROBOT solution, oil will become reusable.

Moreover, another benefit for manufacturers will be the early prediction of potential failures. In addition, to achieve the next step of AI thanks to the highest levels of self-maitenance. This will reduce service and waste to zero.

Benefits

Save costs
Robots without breakdowns will save you money on maintenance. This unique solution contributes significantly to the stability and sustainability of production processes.

Enviromental Solution
Significant impact on oil consumption. You will not need to change the clean oil. Worn oil is a significant environmental burden. Take the green ecological solution.

Tribodiagnostic data online
You will see the online filtering status and operating values of the transmission elements. Integration into your existing information systems is easily possible.
