Amany E.

Amany E. has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Amany began their career in 2005 as an Operations Coordinator at ACTEL. In 2008, they moved to CSI Closures System International as an HR Specialist. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Nile Projects & Trading Co. During this time, they were responsible for resourcing needs, handling all employment/onboarding procedures, and ensuring all HR policies and procedures were regularly reviewed. In 2018, they became the Weekend School Administrator at the Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati, where they created teachers' handbooks, parents' manuals, and students' codes of conduct. Currently, Amany is the Human Capital Manager at ERP Suites.

Amany E. earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Alsun Faculty between 2000 and 2004. Amany also received a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from The American University in Cairo, which they are still pursuing.
