Tim Weaver has a wealth of experience in organizational development, human resources, and project management. Currently serving as Director of Workday Delivery at ERPA, Tim leads various engagement teams focused on Managed Services, Optimizations, Integrations, Implementations, and Advisory Services. Prior to this, Tim held positions at Deloitte, Collaborative Solutions, and other organizations where Tim showcased their expertise in talent management, HR operations, and employee development. With a strong educational background in psychology and counseling, Tim brings a well-rounded skill set to their roles.
