Joanna Komperda is a Project and Policy Manager at the European Regions Research and Innovation Network (ERRIN), contributing since October 2023 to enhance regional and local research and innovation capacities across Europe. With a strong background in European research and innovation policy, Joanna supports EU Missions focused on climate neutrality and sustainable practices. Previously, from 2020 to 2023, Joanna served as an EU R&I policy expert at the Polish Science Contact Agency, where responsibilities included monitoring EU policies and fostering partnerships among researchers. Their earlier experience encompasses project management and international cooperation roles at the National Science Centre in Poland and various NGOs and museums, highlighting a broad skill set in team leadership and project execution. Joanna is currently pursuing a master's degree in history at Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
