Rick Helstrom has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Sales Account Manager at Emergency Radio Service, Inc. since November 1991, where responsibilities include evaluating customer needs for integrated wireless communications solutions. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Business Manager at Bob Jackson Ford/Volvo/Mercedes Benz from June 1989 to September 1991. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University, obtained in 1977.
